Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate (no prior experience required)
- Knowledge of GPG and DID policies, procedures, relevant legislation, and Public Service Regulations
Skills & Competencies:
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Report writing and research abilities
- Computer literacy (advantageous)

Key Duties
- Record, capture, organise, store, and retrieve correspondence and data
- Update registers and maintain statistics
- Handle routine enquiries
- Make photocopies, receive and send faxes
- Distribute documents and packages to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain filing systems within the component
- Draft and type letters or other correspondence as required
- Keep registers for incoming and outgoing documents
