Administrative Clerk: Transport Management (X2 Posts)
Salary: R228 321 per annum (Level 05)
Centres:
- Sekhukhune District – Ref No: DSD/2025/202 (X1 Post)
- Capricorn District – Ref No: DSD/2025/203 (X1 Post)
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification at NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent as recognised by SAQA.
- A valid driver’s licence (not required for persons with disabilities).
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic understanding of supply chain management functions, data capturing, computer operation, and statistics collection.
- Knowledge of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong planning, organising, policy interpretation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in conflict management, customer care, and report writing.
Duties:
- Allocate departmental vehicles daily.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Monitor and maintain the usage and control registers.
- Oversee and ensure the cleanliness of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transport documentation and records.
