Motus Corporation is offering an exciting Apprentice Level 1 opportunity at Renault Fourways. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cars and eager to build a career as a qualified Motor Mechanic Technician.
You’ll gain hands-on experience while completing a structured apprenticeship programme (up to 3 years) under experienced technicians.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Remove and replace parts, wheels, batteries, and filters
- Perform basic servicing (oil changes, lubrication) under supervision
- Jack up vehicles and ensure safe working conditions
- Clean parts, tools, and maintain workshop housekeeping
- Attend technical training and development courses
- Follow all safety procedures and workshop standards
🎓 Requirements
- Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics & Physical Science
- Technical Matric (advantage)
- Valid driver’s license (advantage)
- Clear criminal record
- Strong interest in automotive repairs
- Team player with good customer focus
