Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

✅ Grade 12 / N3 / Equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
✅ Valid Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) Operator Certificate
✅ Valid EB/Code 8/Code 10 Driver’s License
✅ Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating an Articulated Dump Truck

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Safety & Compliance

• Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and operational standards
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safe machine operation
• Perform risk assessments before operating the ADT

🔹 Operational Duties

• Transport blasted materials to designated locations
• Refuel mining equipment as needed and maintain accurate diesel usage records
• Ensure proper loading of materials and maintain truck cleanliness

🔹 Record-Keeping & Reporting

• Monitor and record diesel levels in the register
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately
• Complete shift handover processes and communicate with supervisors

🔹 Additional Tasks

• Assist with box-cleaning procedures and optimal truck positioning
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
