Role Purpose
The Assistant General Worker will provide general site support and assist operational teams in meeting daily goals and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with site teams to help achieve operational targets
- Assist with daily area inspections and report any hazards or deviations
- Support in resolving operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary
- Carry out general site tasks as assigned to support smooth operations
- Perform housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and safe
- Complete all tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
Experience
- At least one year of relevant work experience

General Requirements
- Must successfully pass company and/or client criminal checks
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts
- Overtime may be required occasionally
