Position Overview

A family based in Blairgowrie is seeking a female au pair/driver to assist with their three children — a 14-year-old girl, 13-year-old boy, and 11-year-old girl. This role primarily involves school collections and driving to extracurricular activities.

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 13:45 – 17:00
• Friday: 13:45 – 15:30
• School Holidays: Same as above, with slight flexibility around school terms and extracurricular schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect children from school.
• Transport them safely to extracurricular activities (Karate, Gymnastics, Dancing, Rugby, Swimming, etc.).
• Provide supervision and ensure their safety during travel.

Requirements

• Female candidate.
• Minimum of 12 consecutive months of formal childcare experience (within the past 2 years, excluding informal work for friends or family).
• Own reliable vehicle and at least 18 months of driving experience.
• At least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Clear criminal record.
• Matric certificate and South African ID.
• Passion for working with children.

Start Date

• ASAP (Permanent contract)
