🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science
- Automotive-related subjects will be a strong advantage
- Young, energetic, and willing to learn
- Strong interest in motor vehicles and technical work
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- Clear verbal communication skills (training conducted mainly in English)
🔧 Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist a qualified technician with vehicle servicing and repairs
- Learn to accurately clock job times
- Understand and follow Repair Order instructions before starting work
- Assist with job planning and identification of required parts
- Attend all prescribed training and development programmes
