πŸŽ“ Minimum Entry Requirements:

Choose one of the following qualification routes:

  • N2 Certificate with Plating Structural Steel Drawings, Mathematics, Engineering Science, and Platers Trade Theory.
  • NCV Level 4 in Engineering and Related Design OR Electrical Infrastructure Construction (Electrical & Instrumentation) with at least 40% in all subjects.
  • Grade 12 with at least 40% in Mathematics, Physical Science, Engineering Graphic Design, and relevant trade theory.

βœ… Additional Requirements:

  • Must be medically fit for work in the specified business area.
  • Must pass security screening.
  • A valid driver’s license is advantageous (if applicable).

  • Complete all modules of the programme within the set time.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance.
  • Participate in risk assessments and SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) meetings.
  • Report progress and obstacles regularly.

  • Promote a positive and safe workplace culture.
