✅ Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 or NQF equivalent qualification
- Medically fit for the specific operational environment
- Clear security screening
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

- Prior experience in a mining or related environment
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and commit to the objectives of the learnership programme
- Complete all training modules within set deadlines
- Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and legal requirements
- Attend SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) meetings as required
- Participate in risk assessments and report hazardous conditions
- Submit regular development progress reports
- Communicate any concerns, challenges, or recommendations
