Role Overview
As a Branch Admin Officer, you will ensure every patient’s experience begins with efficiency and accuracy. Your main responsibilities include capturing request forms, processing specimens with care, and maintaining high data integrity in the Ampath system. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who excel in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
- Experience: 1–4 years of data capturing experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and patient data systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and verify patient and specimen data accurately on the Ampath system.
- Handle administrative duties to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in all processes.
- Support laboratory efficiency through accurate and timely information entry.
- Contribute to excellent patient service and operational accuracy.
