✅ REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 (Matric)

Valid Code 10 Driver’s Licence with PDP

Minimum 3 years’ bus driving experience (advantageous)

Willingness to undergo a Driver Competency Test before appointment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with learners with special needs

🧑‍💼 KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Learner Transport & Safety

Transport learners to and from school following designated routes and schedules

Assist learners with safe loading and off-loading

Supervise learners during transit to ensure safety and discipline

Communicate with parents and school staff regarding incidents or delays

Vehicle & Safety Management

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Report mechanical faults and maintenance needs

Perform safety and operational drills as required by law

Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and trip records

Messenger & Support Services

Collect and deliver documents, mail, and parcels

Purchase and transport groceries, equipment, and supplies

Transport learners to clinics and hospitals when required

Assist with general office duties and loading/unloading tasks
