Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into user stories and epics.

Create acceptance criteria, process flows, and data models to support development.

Collaborate within Agile/Scrum/Kanban/XP methodologies.

Design new features and enhancements to existing systems.

Conduct test management and oversee quality assurance.

Support DevOps (tier 2/3) to ensure optimal system availability.

Drive operational excellence by resolving escalated support issues.

Strong SQL and Database knowledge.

Data modelling, manipulation, and visualization skills.

Understanding of Java application architecture and design patterns.

Experience with Jira & Confluence.
