✈️ Safety & Emergency Management

• Ensure the safety of passengers and crew on board.
• Manage inflight medical and emergency situations.
• Adhere to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and airline safety standards.

⭐ Exceptional Customer Service

• Deliver a world-class travel experience in line with SAA’s customer service standards.
• Provide seamless service across all aircraft types.
• Maintain professional interactions with passengers, flight deck crew, and fellow cabin crew members.

📋 Compliance & Professionalism

• Follow standard operating procedures and report any non-compliance.
• Represent SAA’s brand with integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain a high standard of grooming (no visible tattoos) and uphold airline policies.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

📌 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Must be able to swim
• Minimum height of 1.58m
• Maintain a maximum BMI of 35
• Must fit within aircraft aisle dimensions

🌍 Additional Advantages

• Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus!
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
