π Your Mission as a Call Centre Agent
Be the Voice of Wellness: Promote our health screening services with confidence and care.
Precision Scheduling: Manage appointments using our booking system with 100% accuracy.
Sales That Matter: Make inbound and outbound calls, handle objections, and close deals.
Compassion in Action: Offer empathetic support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Compliance Champion: Keep client data safe in line with POPIA and CPA regulations.

π― The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
Matric / National Senior Certificate (Essential)
Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service (Advantageous)
Experience:
6β12 months in a call centre role (sales, service, or bookings)
Healthcare/medical industry experience is a bonus
Skills & Competencies:
Fluent in English (another SA language preferred)
Confident in sales & negotiation
Computer literate with typing speed of 20β40 WPM
Adaptable, target-driven, and customer-focused
