Location: Head Office, Bonaero Park

Overview:
Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair, is seeking Call Centre Agents to join the team at our head office in Bonaero Park. Successful candidates will report to the Assistant Manager: Call Centre.
Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming calls from customers or passengers.
-Resolve issues such as delays and cancellations.
-Guide customers through processes and assist where necessary.
-Collaborate with the team and work longer hours during shifts.
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
-Communicate with customers verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- 1-4 years of experience in a call centre environment.
- A qualification in travel or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Strong computer skills and phone etiquette.
- Clean criminal and credit record.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.
- Own transport is beneficial.

- Patient, assertive, and skilled in conflict resolution.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and professional.
- Willingness to work beyond normal office hours.
Shift Schedule:
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 09:00 – 18:00
- 10:00 – 19:00
Note: Includes weekends and public holidays.
