🔎 What You’ll Be Doing

💰 Cash Receiving & Processing

• Receive and verify deposits on applicable systems
• Inspect containers/bags for tampering or damage
• Process deposits according to bank SLAs and SOPs
• Ensure accurate workstation preparation for note counting

🧾 Note Sorting & Reconciliation

• Sort notes within daily cut-off times
• Verify and balance rejected notes
• Identify counterfeits, dye-stained, and mutilated notes
• Perform daily balancing and reconciliation
• Report shortages/surpluses to the Team Controller

🪙 Coin & Bulk Processing

• Process bulk coin deposits according to company policies
• Verify bins, seals, and denominations
• Balance money per client deposit
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation

🏦 Banking & System Integration

• Validate transactions linked to banking systems
• Verify account numbers to prevent misposts
• Escalate system downtime issues promptly

📦 Treasury & Equipment Management

• Assist with ATM and bank cash packing/unpacking
• Record seal and bag numbers accurately
• Maintain equipment and report defects
• Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics Literacy
✔ 6 months cashier/teller experience (advantageous)
✔ High attention to detail
✔ Strong integrity and accountability
