🛍️ About the Role

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is looking for Casual Cashiers to join our Linton Corner branch. As the first point of contact at checkout, you’ll provide excellent customer service, process transactions accurately, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for every customer.

✅ What You’ll Do

Greet and assist customers with professionalism.

Process sales, refunds, returns, and loyalty cards.

Handle cash, card, and voucher payments with accuracy.

Follow drop safe procedures and safeguard cash.

Stay up to date on promotions and assist with queries.

Report compliments, complaints, and risks to management.

Adhere to all company policies and security procedures.

🎯 What You Need

Grade 12 / Matric.

Minimum 6 months’ cashier/till operation experience.

Computer literate (MS Office).

Strong English communication skills (extra language is a plus).

Customer service skills & a positive attitude.

Willing and able to work retail hours (weekends & public holidays).
