🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Complete NQF Level 2 unit standards in Chemical Process Operations
- Fill and empty bags, drums, and bulk containers
- Load and offload bulk bags, raw materials, and liquid chemicals
- Maintain high housekeeping standards across plant areas
- Operate plant equipment under supervision of a qualified operator
- Accurately complete production and process documentation
- Monitor and manage plant processes once declared competent
- Work safely at heights and in confined spaces when required
- Undergo forklift training and operate a forklift (if declared medically fit)
- Work shifts and overtime when required
- Follow Team Leader instructions
- Comply with all internal and external SHEQ/PSM safety standards
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science (Compulsory)
- Basic computer skills (Data capturing and MS Office)
- Medically fit to work in a chemical plant environment
- Willing to undergo forklift training and maintain forklift medical fitness
- Must be between 18 – 25 years old
