Fidelity Services Group is recruiting experienced CIT Drivers / Crewmen to join its operations in the Free State. The successful candidates will be responsible for the secure collection and delivery of clients’ cash while adhering to strict safety, security, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the safe collection and delivery of clients’ money
• Immediately report any delays or incidents to the Branch Manager
• Prevent, identify, and report security incidents
• Maintain continuous radio communication with control room personnel
• Remain alert to suspicious activities and take appropriate preventative action

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal and credit record
• Valid Driver’s Licence with PDP
• PSIRA registration (minimum Grade C)
• CIT Certificate
• SAPS firearm competency certificate
• Completed firearm training (handgun and rifle)
• Tactical combat training
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CIT driving and crew duties
• Previous experience within the security industry or a similar environment
