Are you detail-oriented and passionate about the insurance industry? EUM, part of the TWK Group, is seeking a Clerk (Claims) to strengthen our team in Krugersdorp. This position is all about accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service in the claims process.

🔑 What You’ll Do

As a Claims Clerk, you’ll be the engine that keeps the claims process running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

📑 Handling general administrative duties with precision.

📨 Preparing, issuing, and dispatching insurance claims.

💰 Coordinating and arranging payments on insurance claims.

💻 Capturing and updating information on internal systems.

🗂 Maintaining filing, mailing, inventory, and database systems.

📊 Preparing detailed and accurate claim reports.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Matric / Grade 12 (required).

✔️ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in short-term insurance.

➕ RE5 certificate (advantageous).

💻 Proficiency in Excel and computer literacy.

🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🕒 Deadline-driven with strong planning and organizing skills.
