About the Role
A manufacturing company launching a new subsidiary in Johannesburg is seeking two full-time Cleaners to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of office spaces and production areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, and production areas.
- Maintain workplace hygiene according to 6S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
- Keep production lines and facilities neat, safe, and organized at all times.
- Follow supervisors’ instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain cleaning tools in good working condition.
- Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (factory or industrial experience advantageous).
- Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties.
- Strong discipline and adherence to workplace safety and hygiene rules.
