About Our School
Reddford House Northcliff, located on the scenic Northcliff Ridge surrounded by Johannesburg’s northern suburbs, features state-of-the-art facilities and a calm, welcoming environment. Role Overview
Reddford House Northcliff is looking to appoint a Cleaner on a permanent, full-time basis starting 1 January 2026. The role is vital in ensuring the school remains clean, safe, and inviting, contributing to an environment that supports learning, teaching, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties across all school facilities.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene in classrooms, offices, corridors, and shared areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and appropriately.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Work effectively with the facilities and housekeeping team.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Head of School or line manager.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of cleaning experience.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness.
• Flexible, positive attitude and ability to adapt.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proven reliability and professional conduct.
