We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner who will help maintain the highest hygiene standards in our store. This role is perfect for someone who takes cleanliness seriously and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.
🧽 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the store, including the shop floor, dispensary, back office, stock room, and canteen, is clean and hygienic daily.
- Follow structured routines to maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
- Regularly stock restroom and canteen supplies.
- Respond promptly to clean-ups as needed during operational hours.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products safely.
- Maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor when around staff and customers.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations.
✅ What You’ll Need:
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 6+ months of cleaning experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours
Bonus Skills:
- Experience cleaning in a retail environment
- Bilingual (area-specific languages)
