Role Overview
Reddam House Waterfall is seeking a dedicated School Cleaner to join the support staff team. The role ensures the campus remains clean, well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning throughout school buildings and grounds.
• Assist with setting up and packing down for events, assemblies, and school functions.
• Handle basic maintenance tasks such as simple plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
• Conduct routine inspections and report issues needing repair or replacement.
• Support emergency or urgent maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality across all assigned areas.
• Follow written instructions, cleaning schedules, and task lists accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and proper equipment use.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the school’s values.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Be available for after-hours or weekend duties when required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in cleaning, facilities support, or general maintenance.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
• Able to read, write, and understand English well.
• Reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
• Strong time management and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to lift or move equipment safely.
• Comfortable handling basic power tools and maintenance instructions.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to follow directions.
• Familiarity with working in a high-performing school environment is an advantage.
