Minimum Requirements

• ABET qualification
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Knowledge and experience in using various cleaning consumables and equipment
• Understanding of health and safety practices, including proper use of cleaning chemicals

Key Duties

• Perform daily office, kitchen, and boardroom cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, and polishing floors)
• Collect and dispose of office waste
• Maintain cleaning equipment and wash walls and windows as required
• Operate vacuum cleaners and other cleaning machinery
• Clean kitchen utensils and follow cleaning control protocols
• Ensure ablution facilities are cleaned and maintained
• Manage cleaning materials when the supervisor is absent
• Prepare and serve refreshments during meetings
• Carry out any other cleaning-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
