• Operating on-road delivery and pick-up routes (domestic & international)
• Loading, unloading, picking, and packing parcels
• Providing outstanding customer service at every stop
• Ensuring all logistics operations are completed safely and efficiently
• Collaborating with dispatch and ground ops teams
