About the Role:
We’re seeking a reliable Code 10 Driver with a valid Hazchem (HEZCHEM) certification to join a dynamic team operating in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term employment with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Safely load and offload stock.
- Accurately complete route sheets, hazardous goods documentation, and customer delivery records.
- Ensure timely delivery and communicate any issues to the Ops Manager.
- Return all delivery documentation (PODs, receipts, SRN book) to the Ops Manager as required.
- Assist with stocktaking duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area in line with company standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Matric certificate
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license
- HEZCHEM certification (Hazardous Goods Transportation)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
