🚛 Role Overview
The successful candidate will travel daily to various poultry farms to disinfect broiler houses according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- On the road 80–90% of the time
- Work independently on farms
- Frequent travel and occasional overtime, including weekends
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple farms daily
- Disinfect broiler chicken houses after washing
- Mix approved disinfectant chemicals at correct dilution ratios
- Operate disinfecting equipment according to manufacturer instructions
- Take swab samples after disinfecting
- Complete disinfecting checklists and documentation
- Disinfect vehicle and shower onsite where required
- Prepare houses before disinfecting (e.g., switching on fans)
- Secure poultry houses after completion
- Maintain strict adherence to company SOPs
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license with PDP
- Clear criminal record
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays
