RCL Foods is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Code 10 Driver Salesman to join our baking business unit in Empangeni. If you’re driven, experienced in FMCG, and passionate about excellent service, we want to hear from you!
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Deliver and sell bread/confectionery to traders and retail stores (mostly cash-based).
- Manage stock loading, crate returns, and vehicle hygiene.
- Liaise with customers, take orders, and assist with route growth.
- Supervise van assistants and ensure their conduct meets company standards.
- Ensure accurate transactional documentation and cash handling.
- Report vehicle, stock, or customer issues promptly.
- Be available for weekend/public holiday shifts, standby, and overtime.
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Code 10 Driver’s Licence with valid PDP
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG driving & cash sales experience
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Numeracy and basic product awareness
