Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? The Community Services Department in the City of Ekurhuleni is hiring Field Workers to support HIV/AIDS and health education initiatives at the ward level.

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 10 or equivalent
• Basic HIV knowledge or training (counselling training is a plus)
• Ability to read, write, and engage communities
• Basic data handling and report writing skills
• Must reside in the community/ward where you will serve

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Raise awareness and reduce HIV infections through education and community engagement
• Provide care and support to families affected by HIV/AIDS and TB
• Support treatment adherence for ART and TB patients
• Promote key health services: HTS, PMTCT, PEP, ART
• Refer vulnerable children and child-headed households to appropriate services
• Strengthen acceptance and support for people living with HIV/AIDS
