🔹 Role Overview
Join FedEx as a Courier and become the final step in the delivery chain. You’ll be responsible for collecting and delivering packages on time while providing excellent customer service and ensuring every shipment arrives safely.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Safe Driving: Operate a company vehicle responsibly and follow road safety rules
- Deliveries: Load, scan, and deliver parcels (up to 30kg) on schedule
- Route Planning: Use GPS and local knowledge for efficient deliveries
- Customer Service: Handle deliveries professionally and manage POD (proof of delivery)
- Vehicle Checks: Perform daily inspections and report issues
- Security: Safeguard all parcels, especially high-value items
🔹 Requirements
- ✔️ Valid Code 08 (Class B) driver’s license
- ✔️ PrDP (Professional Driving Permit) – highly preferred
- ✔️ Minimum 2 years driving experience (courier/logistics/e-hailing advantage)
- ✔️ Physically fit (able to lift heavy packages)
- ✔️ Comfortable using scanners & GPS apps
- ✔️ Clean driving and criminal record
