Minimum Requirements

• Grade 10 with proficiency in reading and writing (skills and experience may outweigh this requirement).
• Valid Driver’s Licence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collection & Delivery

• Collect and deliver specimens, reports, and other items in line with SOPs.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean, roadworthy condition.
• Handle administrative tasks and respond to queries.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Support departmental operations when needed.
• Adhere to all logistics protocols and training guidelines.

2. Quality Management

• Apply quality assurance processes as per SOPs.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

3. Upholding JDJ Values

• Demonstrate customer focus in all interactions.
