Role Overview:
IQVIA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join its Customer Services team within the pharmaceutical and medical diagnostics sector. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong SAP experience who performs well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer account information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Process customer orders, manage inventory, and generate reports using SAP.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve product or service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment in line with service level requirements.
- Monitor customer activity, sales performance, and inventory levels through reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to support smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and system efficiencies.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in customer service or account administration.
- Proven, hands-on experience working with SAP systems.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in SAP, particularly in order processing, inventory management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
