Minimum Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• No prior experience required.
• Basic understanding of administrative processes.
• Good communication, numeracy, and computer literacy skills.
• Ability to accurately capture and process data.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and possesses a positive attitude.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Capture and update data on computer systems accurately and timeously.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and update all data sets.
• Validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Compile routine statistical reports and summaries.
• Receive, record, and track documents or records for administrative processing.
• Transfer information from manual records to electronic databases.
• Maintain and update filing systems and databases for reporting purposes.
• Manage and maintain the DHIS (District Health Information System) database.
• Retrieve information as required for operational and reporting needs.
