• Coordinate training programs – from logistics to engaging with participants.
• Help develop and improve training materials.
• Support live training sessions, including facilitation and feedback.
• Promote learning initiatives and drive employee participation.
• Collect and analyze training feedback to boost effectiveness.
• Keep accurate training records (attendance, evaluations, etc.).
• Stay up to date with L&D trends to enhance your knowledge.
• Assist with various learning and development projects as needed.

🎓 What You’ll Need:

• A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Teaching, or related Learning field.
