About the Role

MIT Auto Parts is looking for a dependable and professional Local Delivery Driver to join our Dispatch team. The ideal candidate will have proven driving experience, a customer-focused attitude, and a strong commitment to efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers accurately and on time.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Load and unload parcels safely and correctly.
• Remain calm and effective in crisis situations.
• Verify and count stock before dispatch.
• Work independently while maintaining focus and productivity.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Valid Code 10 Driver’s License with a valid PDP.
• Minimum of 5 years’ truck driving experience with a clean accident record.
• No outstanding traffic fines or offences.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge (advantageous).
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
