United Business Solutions is seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Van Driver to join our Logistics & Operations team. As part of our operations team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our copiers, printers, and consumables are delivered safely and on time. You’ll be the face of our company to clients, handling valuable equipment with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport copiers, printers, and consumables between branches, clients, and warehouses.
• Deliver and collect machines according to schedule.
• Load and offload equipment safely using the appropriate tools.
• Complete and verify delivery notes, job cards, and proof of delivery (POD) documents.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays immediately.
• Assist the team with warehouse duties, equipment setup, or staging when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience in goods delivery or a similar role.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, honesty, and commitment to teamwork.
