🔑 What You’ll Do
Drive new business development and increase sales volumes in the region.
Strengthen and expand relationships with the broker network, depots, and fitment centres.
Manage accounts with a focus on cross-selling and upselling solutions.
Ensure customer pricing is accurate, up to date, and fully aligned with business standards.
Share market insights and identify potential leads for regional and national growth.
Promote PG Glass by attending industry and client events.
Support customers with queries, overdue accounts, and service expectations.
Keep meticulous records of all deal files and agreements for auditing and continuity.

🎓 What You’ll Need
Education:
Matric (Grade 12).
Experience:
Minimum 3 years proven sales experience, with a strong background in cold calling.
FMCG or Retail industry exposure is an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
Strong communication abilities (written & verbal).
Confident in presentations and building relationships.
Skilled in time management, planning, and organisation.
Computer literate with good numerical ability.
Conflict resolution skills and a client-focused mindset.
