🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect all unserviceable aircraft spares and ensure they’re flushed, prepped, and ready for warehousing.
  • Verify all accompanying paperwork before accepting parts into the system.
  • Properly shelve spares to prevent damage.
  • Collaborate with the planning department for accurate movements on the SAM system.
  • Perform daily stock checks on unserviceable items in SAM.
  • Coordinate with shipping providers for timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Ensure items are securely packed for transport to avoid damage.
  • Communicate updates and issues with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Keep dispatch areas audit-ready at all times.
  • Provide prompt daily feedback to internal and external customers.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
  • 1–2 years’ warehouse experience (Essential).
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and aircraft spares packing (Advantageous).
  • ERP system knowledge (Advantageous).
  • Physically fit and able to lift/heavy duties (Essential).
  • Willingness to work overtime and 24-hour shifts when required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
