🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Inspect all unserviceable aircraft spares and ensure they’re flushed, prepped, and ready for warehousing.
- Verify all accompanying paperwork before accepting parts into the system.
- Properly shelve spares to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with the planning department for accurate movements on the SAM system.
- Perform daily stock checks on unserviceable items in SAM.
- Coordinate with shipping providers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure items are securely packed for transport to avoid damage.
- Communicate updates and issues with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Keep dispatch areas audit-ready at all times.
- Provide prompt daily feedback to internal and external customers.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
- 1–2 years’ warehouse experience (Essential).
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and aircraft spares packing (Advantageous).
- ERP system knowledge (Advantageous).
- Physically fit and able to lift/heavy duties (Essential).
- Willingness to work overtime and 24-hour shifts when required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
