About the Role
Europcar Kokstad is looking for a Driver / Cleaner who is dependable, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality service. The successful candidate will ensure vehicles are well-maintained, meet quality standards, and are delivered to customers safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards.
- Perform vehicle quality checks, including reporting expired licenses or non-compliance issues.
- Refuel vehicles, check tyre pressure, and top up fluids after rentals.
- Deliver vehicles to customers following company procedures.
- Manage vehicle check-ins in line with quality and claims processes.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the yard and surrounding areas.
- Uphold company integrity by safeguarding assets and acting ethically.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (minimum 2 years old).
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Fully bilingual, with effective communication in English.
- Ability to read and understand maps.
- Flexibility to work weekends, shifts, and overtime when required.
