Hello Group is looking for a professional, reliable, and well-presented Driver to join our energetic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. This position supports our Business Operations and Executive Committee (EXCO) and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Operations

• Provide professional driving services for EXCO members and other business stakeholders.
• Maintain punctuality, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the business and fleet management teams.

Delivery Duties

• Safely transport and deliver documents, parcels, and other essential items.
• Obtain required signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Keep accurate records of all deliveries and assignments.

Asset Management

• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, presentable, and roadworthy.
• Follow company vehicle policies, including maintenance schedules and reporting of any faults.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12 Certificate).
• Valid South African Driver’s Licence (Code 8 or higher).
• PDP licence – advantageous.
• Proven experience as a professional driver.
• Clear driving record with no serious traffic violations.
• Solid knowledge of Gauteng routes and road safety regulations.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• No criminal record.
