This position is based at our Geochemistry Laboratory in Orkney (Vaal River Laboratory).

Role Purpose
The Driver will provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services while supporting operational needs within the laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely and professionally.
• Handle deliveries and collections as required.
• Keep accurate records as needed.
• Comply with all SGS quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
• Maintain the cleanliness and care of company vehicles.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to different tasks.
• Good understanding of the North West region.
• Ability to use maps/GPS.
