🎓 Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year heavy vehicle driving experience
- Experience in an agricultural environment will be advantageous
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure professional and efficient execution of all deliveries and logistics
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to maintain roadworthiness
- Assist with loading and offloading of stock
- Support stock counts and ensure proper stock management on the vehicle
- Complete daily logbooks accurately
- Report delays, incidents, and irregularities to the line manager
- Maintain high standards of vehicle care and cleanliness
📚 Technical Competencies
- Valid Code 10 (C1) Driver’s License with PDP
- GPS and map reading skills
- Knowledge of the local environment
- Basic understanding of farming activities and agricultural products
- Good verbal and written communication skills
