Driver/Cleaner – Auto Pedigree

About the Role
Auto Pedigree, a leading supplier of quality, low-kilometre pre-owned vehicles with over 70 branches nationwide, is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and responsible individual with proven driving experience to join our Kempton Park branch as a Driver/Cleaner.

Purpose of the Position
To provide efficient and safe transportation services in line with standard operating procedures and legal requirements. This includes the delivery and collection of goods, documentation, vehicles, and customers, as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to showroom standards.
• Conduct vehicle quality checks, identifying and reporting issues such as expired licenses, upcoming services, or non-compliance with company standards.
• Refuel vehicles and check tyre pressure, oil, water, and other essential fluids.
• Deliver vehicles to customers or other branches in accordance with company procedures.
• Collect and deliver documentation to and from banks, suppliers, customers, and other company branches.
• Maintain the cleanliness of premises.
• Safeguard company assets and interests while maintaining ethical conduct.
• Carry out any other duties as requested by the Branch Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant driving experience.
• Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (held for at least 2 years).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fully bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to read and interpret maps.
