📌 Job Purpose

We are seeking two experienced Senior Service Drivers to provide a safe, reliable, and efficient driving service within RNC Contracts and Projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for loading, transporting, off-loading, and stacking materials and equipment, while ensuring compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and production requirements under the guidance of the Supervisor.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Grade 10
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Valid Code 14 (EC1) Driver’s Licence
• Valid PrDP Certificate
• Valid Crane Operator Certificate
• Minimum 2 years relevant driving experience
• Must successfully pass a Fleet Driver Assessment
• Must successfully complete C-Green Training and Certification within the probation period

• Understanding of vehicle care, road rules, and safety regulations
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections
• Technical mindset with ability to maintain and perform minor repairs on vehicles and equipment

• Ability to work independently when required
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel away from home or site office

• Execute duties according to Supervisor instructions
• Load, transport, off-load, and stack materials and equipment
• Ensure team production targets are achieved
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all safety regulations, particularly Code 29 and C-Green
• Perform Driver and Crane Operator functions to required standards
• Record all work performed on materials and equipment on Code 29 documentation
