Your Mission
Support vital infrastructure by delivering technical and operational support to the lab and field teams. Whether you’re transporting materials, assisting in testing, or helping set up safe work zones, you’ll play a key role in keeping our roads running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities

Your Role in a Nutshell
Be the link between the lab and the field! As a Materials Assistant/Driver, you’ll support testing teams, transport vital materials, and help ensure South Africa’s roads are safer and stronger.
What You’ll Do
- Drive equipment, samples, and staff to/from sites
- Assist in lab and field tests
- Set up safety signage (cones, stop/go boards)
- Clean and prep lab/work areas
- Provide hands-on support during road projects
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 with Maths & Science
- Valid driver’s license
- 1 year experience (2 years preferred)
- Bonus: Materials Testing certificate
