✅ Minimum Requirements

• Grade 10 or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Valid Driver’s License (essential)
• PDP License – advantageous
• Good communication (verbal & written)
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Professional telephone etiquette & interpersonal skills

🛠 Key Duties

• Operate light and medium vehicles for transporting people and documents
• Conduct vehicle checks and report defects
• Maintain logbooks and delivery records
• Perform general office messenger duties (copying, binding, faxing, packaging)
• Deliver mail and documents to various regions
• Track documentation effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
