Requirements:

  • Grade 10 or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Valid Driver’s Licence (essential).
  • PDP will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Key Duties:

  • Operate light and medium vehicles to transport passengers, mail, and official documents.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report defects.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle records, logbooks, and goods registers.
  • Provide clerical and messenger support services within the office.
  • Collect, deliver, copy, package, scan, bind, and fax departmental documents.
  • Distribute mail daily to various regions and keep proper delivery records.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and accountability of all documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
