What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: N2 / Std 9 / ABET Level 4 with Maths & English
Certification: Valid Crane Driving Qualification

Experience Required:

At least 3 years of crane operation experience
Minimum 2 years’ exposure to an engineering plant

Skills & Competencies:

Technical expertise in Rotek Lifting Procedures
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
A customer-focused approach
Valid Driver’s License

Knowledge Requirements:

In-depth understanding of Crane Safety Regulations
Compliance with Safety & Quality Standards

Analytical & Proactive
Detail-Oriented & Accurate

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Overhead Cranes in a safe and controlled manner
Adhere to Safety Regulations and company procedures
Maintain a clean & organized workspace

Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993)
Perform only tasks for which you are trained and qualified
Commit to continuous improvement in safety standards
