Duties:

  • Deliver efficient messenger and driver services.
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing processes.
  • Provide registry and general office administration support.

  • Applications must be submitted using the new Z83 form, available at any Public Service Department or at www.gov.za/documents.

  • Sections A, B, C and D must be fully completed.
  • Sections E, F and G: Applicants may write “refer to CV” due to limited space, except for the question regarding conditions preventing re-appointment, which must be completed.
  • Only an updated, comprehensive CV and completed Z83 form are required at application stage.

Documentation for Shortlisted Candidates:

  • Only shortlisted applicants will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications and other supporting documents before the interview.
